Disability Health and Wellbeing

Sisterup supports young women with disability to develop healthy lifestyle habits. They aim to build friendships, confidence and capability through activities focussed on our pillars of health, relationships, community, and learning.

Their Step Up Day program runs for 5 hours and includes fitness, social connection and gratitude check-in, learning and shopping for and preparing a healthy lunch together. 

They also run afternoon fitness classes for adolescents and adults.
